NEW T-SHIRT COLORS

We just brought in new colors to our online store.

Besides White and Black Cotton Round Neck t-shirts, we also brought in Cotton Round Neck Red, Royal Blue, Lime Green, Ash Grey and more Drifits are available.

We also put in a feedback form @ the sidebar of this blog~shop. Please feel free to give us your feedback on our t-shirts and services.

FAQ

What type of t-shirts do you offer?
Currently we offer 100% Cotton Round Neck / Tetron Cotton Honeycomb Polo / DriFit Round Neck / DriFit Honeycomb Polo.

When ordering t-shirts, please include the colour codes in your email. You can refer to our t-shirt colour codes HERE {subject to availability}.

Please note that colours seen on the computer may differ from the actual t-shirts.

How do I search for your products in the blog~shop?
On the top left corner of our blog, just above our blog header, you can type in the keywords for our products. For example if you wish to look for scrapbooking t-shirts, just type "scrapbooking" and all t-shirt designs posts will be shown. Take your orders from there.

How do I order?
For single t-shirt order, EMAIL your size, t-shirt type and color code, quantity. Please include your full contact details. You will receive an invoice from us. Upon receipt of your payment, we will mail the t-shirt to you.

For single t-shirt, we will process your order within 48 hours of receiving your email. As soon as we get your payment confirmation, we mail your t-shirt and send you the shipping information.

For single customized t-shirt, please provide details in your email to us.

For orders of 100 pieces and above, please EMAIL for quotation, stating quantity, t-shirt type and color code, type of printing {eg 1-color or multi-colored} and if you our design services.

Please allow one-working day to reply your emails.

How long is the processing time?
Ready printed t-shirts will be mailed within 48 hours on confirmation of payment.

Customized t-shirts are subjective due to the number of t-shirts ordered. We will inform you when they can be ready.

For orders of 100 pieces and above, we need 2-3 weeks of processing time as this is a home-based printing company. It also depends on the complexity of the design requirements.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept local bank transfers and COD {cash or cheque on delivery or self-collection}. Soon we will include Paypal via credit cards. Prices stated include 7% GST but do not include shipping charges.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on weight according to our local Singpost Guidelines. T-shirts mailed locally will reach you within 2 working days. The shipping charges will be included in the invoice and is separate from the price of t-shirts.

Free delivery {locally} for orders 150 pieces and above. For self-collection, please state in your email while ordering.

How are my t-shirts shipped?
T-shirts will be put in plastic bags, wrapped and sealed. We will email with shipping details.

What happens when I realise the t-shirt I bought is not what I wanted?
All itmes sold are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable.
